1. The stick should be soaked thoroughly before the meat is skewered.
2. When skewering meat, do not expose the stick, but wrap the meat around the skewer.
3. The meat should be about the length of the stove, with as few skewers in front and back as possible.
4. Charcoal fire can not have a large open flame, use a red charcoal fire is better, have an open flame quickly take down the meat skewers, spray water to the charcoal.
Soak the skewers in water for 20 minutes to an hour before grilling.
Generally, the skewers used for barbecue are 375px, 500px, 625px and 875px. Due to the direct contact with the fire, the skewers are easy to be carbonized or even burned during the barbecue. In particular, when the meat is grilled with charcoal fire, the fat of the meat standing on the skewers may even be ignited. Therefore, it needs to be used after soaking in water.
